1 + years of BDR prospecting experience in B2B SaaS (preferred), including cold calling and outbound outreach to engage potential customers

Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, driven by a genuine desire to exceed expectations
Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling to engage potential clients and drive opportunities
Attention to detail with a process and solution-oriented mindset

What the job involves

We're actively looking for a Business Development Representative to be a core part of the Cypris team and help us accomplish our mission to bring actionable insights to R&D
As we expand, we envision your career growing alongside our company, making meaningful contributions to both the team and accomplishing your career goals
Generate new business opportunities among target companies. Consistently meet and exceed your new business opportunity targets using a multi-channel strategy (cold calling, LinkedIn, email)
Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Closely partner with Account Executives to nurture new business opportunities
Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook
Implement a strategic approach to identify and prioritize key accounts within our target market. Analyze industry trends, company profiles, and market data to pinpoint high-potential accounts for focused outreach
All of the necessary sales tools (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) to drive peak productivity
