- We're seeking individuals who bring a creative mindset, approach business development with a strategic mindset and are excited to have conversations with executive-level R&D professionals
- The ideal candidate is ready to contribute actively, play a pivotal role in shaping our BDR team, and be integral to Cypris’s core functions
- 1 + years of BDR prospecting experience in B2B SaaS (preferred), including cold calling and outbound outreach to engage potential customers
- A mission-driven attitude looking to be a key member of a fast-growing startup
- Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, driven by a genuine desire to exceed expectations
- Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling to engage potential clients and drive opportunities
- Attention to detail with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- The willingness to work hours that align with our U.S. team (11 a.m.-7 p.m. GMT/BST)
What the job involves
- We're actively looking for a Business Development Representative to be a core part of the Cypris team and help us accomplish our mission to bring actionable insights to R&D
- As we expand, we envision your career growing alongside our company, making meaningful contributions to both the team and accomplishing your career goals
- Generate new business opportunities among target companies. Consistently meet and exceed your new business opportunity targets using a multi-channel strategy (cold calling, LinkedIn, email)
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure success. Closely partner with Account Executives to nurture new business opportunities
- Identify best practices to refine our lead generation playbook
- Implement a strategic approach to identify and prioritize key accounts within our target market. Analyze industry trends, company profiles, and market data to pinpoint high-potential accounts for focused outreach
- All of the necessary sales tools (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.) to drive peak productivity
