Who you are
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hebrew
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours or last-minute changes
What the job involves
- As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, handling both personal and professional tasks to maximize their efficiency and productivity
- You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and performing various administrative duties
- Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and operations across all levels of the company
- Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring optimal time management
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Respond to emails, phone calls, and requests on behalf of the CEO
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, events, and business functions, including logistics, guest coordination, and agenda preparation
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance as needed, including scheduling personal appointments and handling personal tasks for the CEO
