Company mission
To unlock team potential through human-AI collaboration.
Role
Who you are
- Strong typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy, with an eye for detail that carries through to production
- Experience developing or extending visual identities, and understanding how to make a brand recognisable across different contexts while leaving room for expression
- A portfolio that includes web work, with evidence of responsive thinking and clear content hierarchy; designing for the web should not be new territory
- Ability to develop a point of view, explain it clearly and move work forward autonomously, knowing when to act, when to ask and how to use feedback to improve the result
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using AI to optimise, research, scale or otherwise improve your workflow
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a designer with exceptional craft, strong ideas and the drive to help create a world-class brand
- You’ll help develop the beginnings of a distinctive global brand. The foundations are in place, but there’s plenty still to define: how the identity behaves, how campaigns come to life, and how the brand shows up across digital and physical experiences
- This is a hands-on role. You’ll develop visual approaches, own projects and carry the details through to delivery. You’ll work closely with creative leadership, with support to stretch your thinking and responsibility to move the work forward
- You’ll report to our Creative Director and collaborate with designers, writers and motion specialists across London and Bangalore. The role is London-based, with three days a week in the office
- Work with the Creative Director to extend and refine the visual language, and build and update guidelines, templates and toolkits that make great design easier to produce
- Take a brief, explore different approaches and develop a clear recommendation. Present your thinking, respond thoughtfully to feedback and follow the work through to its final execution
- Design for brand campaigns, events, internal branding, social and web, and push the brand into new directions at every opportunity
- Look beyond category conventions. Bring references that mean something to you, explain what makes them relevant and develop work that reflects your passions
- Contribute work that gives the team a stronger reference point. Share ideas, give useful feedback and collaborate generously. Influence the team through your craft and how you work

Our take
DevRev helps developers build better products for customers through a platform that connects them to the revenue their applications generate. Their headless, dev-centric CRM hopes to help developers clock technical issues faster by showing more directly how customers use their products.
When the company emerged from stealth mode in 2021, they were already well backed by considerable funding and a highly experienced leadership team. Collating and usefully displaying customer feedback for developers, especially using AI and machine learning, is a tough nut to crack. So DevRev has been savvy in front-loading talent and investment.
The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. DevRev and its team reached the same in 2024 off the back of Series A funding. This ambitious startup has already delivered the first iteration of what it hopes will become the largest global developer relations product.
