Implementation Manager, Anduin

• 3–5 years experience in SaaS implementation or project management
• Demonstrated success managing B2B onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Exposure to white-glove or high-touch customer models

Desirable

• As an Implementation Manager, you’ll own onboarding for mid-to-high complexity Enterprise GP customers
• You’ll lead project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure customers achieve time-to-value quickly and effectively
• You’ll also serve as the post-implementation point of contact for troubleshooting and support
• Own the implementation project from kickoff through launch for Enterprise accounts
• Build and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones
• Translate customer goals into technical and operational requirements
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and the customer
• Provide post-launch support, including issue triage and resolution for both GPs and their LPs/investors
• Work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to long-term success
• Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvements
• Mentor Implementation Associates and share best practices
