Who you are

We are looking for an experienced product manager who is passionate about building products that our candidates and clients love
Demonstrable experience in product management
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Solid technical background with understand or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Understanding of web development
Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
Great critical thinking and analytical skills

What the job involves

Translating business strategy into product strategy
You’ll be joining a growing team who work in a fast-paced environment
Your main responsibilities will be business management of a product and its commercial success. You’ll need to set product objectives aligned with high-level strategy and prioritise the most strategically valuable feature ideas. You will also need to be able to identify candidates and clients needs and articulate what success looks like turning visions into realities.
Executing product strategy: driving action through the organisation to get products to market, planing and carry out product launches, manage product profitability and commercial success, evaluating ideas and prioritising features, conducting market research, writing technical specs and requirements, analysing and reporting on progress
Gaining a deep understanding of improving our customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas
Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements and issues
