Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 4+ years experience in growth/growing companies, e-commerce and/or partnership management, preferably in the consumer goods, beauty/ skincare industry
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and customer experience
- Experience managing and analysing platform/e-commerce metrics, including traffic, sales, and customer data
- Experience developing and managing partnerships with B2B partners (brands, corporate partners etc..), influencers, and other relevant entities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into action; proficient with Excel and Google Analytics
- You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial, pragmatic and able to work in an early-stage fast-growing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills + collaboration skills
- You are ambitious, keen to grow the Skindays, and believe this will provide you the accelerated career growth you desire
- Experience in the beauty industry and/or e-commerce is a plus
- Right to work in the UK
What the job involves
- E-commerce strategy: Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- E-commerce platform management: including website optimization, customer experience, and performance analysis
- Analytical reporting: You will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly top line business reporting and channel. Create & present detailed campaign performance reports and identify new opportunities, trends and data driven strategic recommendations
- Partnership development & management: Identify and develop partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and other relevant entities that align with our brand and mission. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and collaborations
- Growth Leadership: Provide recommendations for new areas of growth based on regular data analysis, competitive analysis and research. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Marketing strategy: you will be collaborating with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media. You will also be contributing to marketing strategy to deliver on our business KPIs (CAC:LTV ratio, CPA/CAC, orders & revenue) & thus owning a part of the budget allocation & forecasting
