Who you are
- Product Marketing Expertise: At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years of product marketing experience focused on consumer products
- Strategic Planning: Good strategic planning skills with the ability to assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve key objectives
- Analytical Skills: Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies
- Creative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
- Strong Execution: Proven ability to execute plans effectively and deliver results with precision, demonstrating a strong ability and commitment to getting things done
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Highly proactive with a meticulous approach, skilled at anticipating needs, addressing challenges head-on, and ensuring every detail is managed for optimal outcomes
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively
- Experience with Nascent Technologies: Hands-on experience working with emerging technologies such as AI and ML, with the ability to leverage these advancements to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies

What the job involves
- In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our online learning platform through innovative product narratives and comprehensive marketing strategies
- This role emphasizes innovation, requiring an individual who can blend data-driven insights with creative thinking to influence product development and elevate our marketing efforts
- You will help shape the future of online education, pushing boundaries and redefining the way individuals engage with learning content
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, aligning with MasterClass's brand and business goals
- Influencing Product Innovation: Collaborate with the Product team to influence product offerings, leveraging market and competitive insights, as well as consumer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation that drive business growth
- Executing Marketing Strategies: Define audience, positioning and messaging, and packaging strategies for new products and features, and lead go-to-market campaigns for product launches and experiments to better match consumers with their needs
- Analytical Insights: Use data and insights to inform decision-making, identify market trends, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
- Creative Campaign Development: Contribute to the development of fully-integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging insights and data to craft compelling narratives and creative assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product marketing initiatives into overall product development and marketing strategies
- Performance Analysis: Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement
- Team Collaboration: Support and collaborate with the product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

For example, learning to cook with Gordon Ramsay, mastering tennis techniques with Serena Williams, and perfecting songwriting with Alicia Keys.
