- 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, strategy, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Dynamic storyteller - you have strong, succinct writing & communication skills and an eye for good design. You can synthesize large amounts of information and simplify it for different target segments in clear and effective ways

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a creative Product Marketing Manager with a GM mentality to own the go-to-market strategy and execution of AirOps products including: messaging and positioning, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, sales enablement, customer research, pricing, and more.
- You'll love this role if you’re passionate about defining, influencing, and driving strategy and execution for new businesses, products, and market segments
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy & execution for AirOps
- Manage your products like a GM with a focus on how to improve metrics like awareness, attach rate, adoption, and customer retention
- Ensure we hit our revenue goals through customer/partner acquisition and lifecycle campaigns
- Educate our GTM and CX teams on products and create sales tools / collateral to help them win
- Be the in-house expert (buyers, influencers, competitors, industry, etc.) on AirOps products
- Be a spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader with customers and partners
- Play a core role in developing AirOps ICP and user personas though qualitative and quantitative user research
- Be willing to get involved and assist in a wide variety of non-core tasks. We are a seed-stage startup after all :)
Our take
Today's data tools are incredibly powerful, but require specialized knowledge to use effectively. But what if the huge leap forward in AI represented by ChatGPT or Dall-E could be harnessed to allow anyone to work quickly with data? Enter AirOps, with an AI-powered workspace to allow individuals or teams to greatly increase their productivity with live data.
AirOps provides a range of AI tools for working with data, including querying tools for SQL and a Python script generator, among others. Using a conversational text input that would be familiar to any user of ChatGPT, it can swiftly generate code that can be used to poll data or create documentation 10 times faster than possible when done manually. This no-code approach allows non-technical staff to work with a company's data, freeing up its engineers to work on the more difficult technical problems.
AirOps is moving swiftly to expand its talent pool, especially in engineering as it continues to develop its product. As more companies begin to realize the productivity gains possible with AI, it is likely to find itself in an excellent position to continue its growth.
