We are always trying to keep up with the latest technologies and we try to evaluate what works best for us. We also try to automate repetitive tasks as much as possible so that we can focus on the work that matters.

There are ongoing sessions to showcase tools or processes used by the different teams. We also have an afternoon every 2 weeks dedicated for learning. Be it an online course, attending a session presented by someone that researched a piece of technology or even just watching some videos related with a piece of tech you are interested in knowing more about.

Great people here at Stint. Everyone has different experiences and come from different backgrounds so it's great to be able to discuss things with everyone. And because the tech world is so fast-moving it is great to have so many great minds with different views on how to achieve something. We always try to hire the best people for the job, not sure with amazing experience but also eager to try and learn new things.

Everyone is so likeminded and friendly - I wouldn't feel intimidated to talk to anyone.
