- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Previous experience in SaaS or startup/scale-up environment
- Ability to work effectively in an international, culturally diverse environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both mandatory)
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Dutch is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR compliance
- Knowledge of Dutch, Danish or Swedish labour law is also a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset

What the job involves
- We’re now looking for a hands-on and people-driven HR Manager to strengthen our People foundations and culture from our Barcelona office
- As our HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything People at Flowbox. You’ll play a key role in building the systems, processes, and culture that allow our international team to grow and succeed
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on people strategy, organisational development, and company-wide initiatives
- Lead recruitment campaigns together with department managers, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the process
- Oversee the onboarding process that sets new team members up for success
- Drive performance reviews, compensation frameworks, and learning initiatives that support career growth and company objectives
- Own our compensation structures, ensuring fair, consistent, and competitive pay across roles and markets
- Foster our company culture through internal communication, feedback rituals, and company events
- Manage employment contracts, local compliance, and HR documentation across our four offices: Barcelona, Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Amsterdam
- Coordinate with Deel (our global payroll provider) on all payroll-related topics, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and optimise our HR tools, office perks, personnel data, and related systems
Our take
Flowbox is a User Generated Content Platform that enables brands and customers to leverage social media to develop marketing and sales strategies, often repurposing preexisting posts to advertise a company.
Based out of Stockholm, Flowbox has worked with a range of high-end European clients such as Bjorn Borg and Outnorth across a breadth of commerce sectors, including fashion, furniture, and cosmetics. Flowbox has customers in over 40 countries and in March 2023 raised early VC and brought an experienced new shareholder onto its board.
With seed funding and talent at the top end, Flowbox has reported ARR of 85 million SEK in 2022 and is refreshing its strategy to attract even more clients.
