Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in finance
- Proficiency in Python (or R)
- SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), preferably AWS
- Experience with ML tools such as the AWS suite: Sagemaker, DataBrew, AWS Glue, Bedrock

- Problems and help shape the future of our product offerings
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques
- Model Development & Deployment: Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to production, ensuring robustness and scalability
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Data Visualization: Create intuitive visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to inform product and feature improvements
- Data Pipeline Optimization:Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply them to our projects
