Our take

With speciality medicines now encompassing 93% of pharmaceutical companies’ drug approval and R&D pipelines, large biopharma companies struggle with the tech infrastructure to coordinate with stakeholders and customers. Courier Health alleviates this burden with its patient-based CRM platform, purpose-built for the biopharma industry.

Courier Health’s CRM platform helps companies coordinate with access, patient services and marketing teams through centralised management, data analytics and automated workflows. It ultimately acts as a way to merge all patient touchpoints into a centralised record system.

As one of the only custom-built patient-based CRM platforms on the market at present, Courier Health differs from custom-built software that can become expensive and unwieldy. Its Series A funding is being funnelled into product development and hiring across engineering and sales.
