- 1-2 years of professional experience in a healthcare oriented environment

What the job involves
- The Provider Success Team works directly with primary care providers and Medical Groups who have opted into the Stellar Health Program
- Provider Success Associates focus on driving engagement and performance outcomes with stakeholders
- Associates work directly with practice staff and Medical Groups to ensure they are completing critical actions for patients both within the Stellar app and also for other aspects of the Stellar Program
- This role requires that you act as a trusted, strategic partner to various end users, helping them prioritize across multiple workflows
- Work with a slate of Medical Groups and the providers, practice managers, and care team staff members who work at a Group to integrate the Stellar Health platform into a Group’s day to day workflows
- Work with Provider Implementations to ensure a group is effectively onboarded and bought-in to the Stellar Program
- Use analytical tools and qualitative insights to assess practice performance over time and guide improvement on specific goals
- Partner closely with account management counterparts to align provider performance with key customer success metrics
- Translate in-depth understanding of provider and practice staff needs into critical insights for product development
- Execute on strategies to help providers engage more successfully with Stellar and deliver better outcomes
- Act as a Stellar Ambassador with clients and with other healthcare stakeholders
Our take
A problem in healthcare is little thought is given to the doctors and staff who coordinate all of the daily patient workflow, such as historical claims, pharmacy requests, lab work, testing and billing. Stellar Health aims to drastically reduce these 'chores' through a cloud-based platform on which primary care providers can offer value-based care through real-time information updates about patients.
The point-of-care workflow platform also strives to close the incentive gap between payors and care providers by helping practictioners earn more revenue for keeping patients healthy, rather than simply charging for procedures and treatments. While Stellar Health faces stiff competition from major players such as Siemens Healthcare and AthenaHealth, it has already made great ground in the market with over 750,000 patients across 18 states.
The company have secured significant investment from Primary Venture Partners and Point 72. This funding and its growing revenue is being put towards further scaling its operations and accelerating its product development. Operating in a rapidly growing industry which is expected to be worth just over $4 billion by 2025, Stellar Health is in a good position for future growth and success.
