Role
Who you are
- Customer-orientated and great at building client relationships at all levels
- Willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our customers
- Professional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion and presenting skills
- Ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
- Experience working in a SaaS business
What the job involves
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a focus on enabling customers to build successful and lasting engagements
- Operate as the main point of contact for one side of our marketplace.
- Be comfortable working to improve metrics such as NRR, churn and customer adoption (activation)
- Onboarding customers onto Connectd via group calls and ensuring satisfaction on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring our CRM (Hubspot) is up to date and maintained on a daily basis
- High level of professionalism in reactive environments working on channels such as live chats and managing company inboxes
- Aid with product development by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product team
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
