Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture across large-scale systems and platforms
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), data warehousing, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and integration patterns
- Experience in architecture governance, standards development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with FinOps practices and scalable enterprise tooling is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
What the job involves
- As Enterprise Architect at Awin, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology real estate, ensuring architectural integrity across platforms, domains, and systems
- You will define and enforce architecture standards, guide technology choices, and lead integration efforts across a diverse and evolving landscape
- This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term technical vision and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Architecture Governance: Develop, maintain, and realize architecture standards and principles that guide technology decisions across the organization
- Technology Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of Awin’s systems, platforms, and infrastructure, including legacy systems and cloud-native environments
- Integration Leadership: Lead architecture reviews and integration efforts across domains such as CRM, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI enablement
- Cross-Domain Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and domain experts to ensure architectural consistency and scalability
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term planning for platform evolution, including the sunsetting of legacy systems and migration to unified platforms
- Mentorship & Enablement: Support solution architects and engineering teams by providing architectural guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence
