What the job involves
- Join us as a Strategic Account Manager and be at the forefront of our efforts to connect asset managers with distributors across the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific
- This role offers you the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop industry-leading thought leadership, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking team
- Your key responsibilities as a Strategic Account Manager will include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic partnership client accounts, ensuring their long-term success and driving revenue growth
- Collaborating with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement strategic account plans
- Building in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses to provide the highest level of service and maximize opportunities
- Managing contract renewals, including price negotiations, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Developing high-level relationships with key business executives and stakeholders
- Providing feedback to internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and maintaining regular contact with clients
