Senior Product Manager, HashiCorp

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on cloud-native enterprise solutions and a good knowledge of developer tools
• Deep technical understanding, with knowledge of event-driven architectures, API management, and integration platforms
• Partner with multiple engineering and product teams across the organization to align priorities and drive a unified strategy for event-driven integrations
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other modern messaging technology, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise integration tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and drive execution with engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise cloud platform infrastructure space and market needs
• High levels of customer consideration and an interest for using data to understand how customers adopt and use products
• Analytical with the ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs
• Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on written communication

• We are now seeking a well-versed Senior Product Manager to join the Core Data team to support the team building an Event-Driven Resource Graph that serves as a single source of truth, providing a unified view of the customer's full infrastructure estate
• It will leverage an event focused architecture, enabling the publishing, consumption, cataloging, schema management and storing of data for business and product usage
• As a Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and key business representatives to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• You will leverage your expertise in cloud-native platforms, API integrations, and event-driven architectures to enhance developer experiences and drive product adoption
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Core Data team for an event-driven Resource Graph as a cloud-native solution aligned with the business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, highly available integration solutions, leveraging technologies such as Graph databases, Kafka, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery of key features
• Craft the product story by recognizing the landscape, user needs, and HashiCorp principles
• Conduct research to identify pain points, validate product assumptions, and optimize user experiences
• Prioritize the offering roadmap by taking feedback from customers, field teams, and ecosystem partners
• Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to set the context and priority for the product delivery
• Communicate product updates and insights to leadership and engineering
