Who you are
- Success in this role requires strong relationship management, project execution, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-dimensional partnerships
- At least 1 year of experience managing reseller partnerships in a SaaS environment is a must
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives forward
- A relationship-driven mindset, with a passion for engaging and enabling partners to achieve success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, problem-solving approach, with a knack for identifying opportunities and executing solutions

What the job involves

- As Easygenerator continues to expand, we are looking for a highly driven and strategic Partner Success Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will own the success of our resellers, ensuring they maximize the value of Easygenerator through a tailored, hands-on approach
- Your primary responsibility will be to understand each partner’s unique setup, goals, and challenges, providing customized strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth
- Manage a portfolio of reseller partners, working closely with them to ensure long-term success
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to help partners drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Understand each reseller’s business model and goals, offering bespoke solutions that align Easygenerator’s capabilities with their needs
- Act as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and increased partner success
- Facilitate regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions to maintain strong, high-value relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure partners receive the necessary tools, resources, and insights
- Serve as the voice of the partner, advocating for their needs and helping shape Easygenerator’s reseller enablement strategy
