Role
Who you are
- Ideally 1-2 years growth experience in a startup, but we’re open to graduate profiles as well
- Experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing or Growth Marketing
- Experience with copywriting – you're comfortable writing concise and engaging copy that helps drive action
- Strong familiarity with crypto, or a strong willingness to learn, and learn fast
- Very analytically-minded and a data-driven mindset (we’ll test this)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and wider stakeholders
Desirable
- A strong personal or professional passion for crypto
- Experience with email automation and analytics tools (e.g. Customer.io, Hubspot, Amplitude etc)
What the job involves
- The Growth Team is the engine that drives Ready's growth around the globe. Our goal is to make Ready the home of all things DeFi globally
- As a team, we combine creativity and data to maximise our reach, acquisition and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, but always back up our ideas with data or logic
- Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Develop compelling content, including education materials, user stories, and targeted messaging
- Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to refine messaging and improve user engagement
- Collaborate with Growth & Product to create targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition, feature adoption and retention goals
Our take
The public popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing, but the level of sophistication required is holding back mainstream adoption, and concepts like seed phrases and cold wallets have meant crypto has stayed mainly within technology-savvy communities. To open the space up to more users, Argent have created a smart wallet which feels more like logging into your bank account, where people can buy, earn, stake, and trade on Ethereum Layer 2.
Argent's pull is in its consumer-friendly, non-intimidating approach. It boasts low fees, high speeds, and quality security, alongside all the functions of saving, sending, borrowing, earning interest, and investing. Additionally, users can assign Argent Guardians in the form of trusted persons, third-party services, or hardware wallets, that can approve account recovery or untrusted transactions, but do not have access to their assets, instead of having to remember a key.
With the underlying wallet infrastructure in place, Argent has plans to build a Super App combining numerous DeFi and Web 3.0 features including virtual real estate, gaming, and NFTs. The company has seen growing demand from Latin America, and will begin expansion into the region with entry into Mexico.
