What the job involves

Bounti is building the AI-native infrastructure layer for frontline teams — spanning training, audits, and autonomous operations. We partner with multi-location operators in frontline-industries such as hospitality
Outbound Execution: Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Lead Qualification: Take ownership of both outbound and inbound qualification, spotting high-potential opportunities
Lead Generation & Research: Identify, analyze, and prioritize target accounts and relevant personas
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the founder to sharpen messaging and improve pipeline performance
CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data in HubSpot
Process Optimization: Share insights, experiment with new approaches, and continuously raise the bar on performance

The majority of the global workforce spends their workday on their feet, yet most technology is designed for desk workers. To bridge this gap, Bounti introduced a mobile-first training and knowledge development platform designed specifically for the needs of the "deskless" workforce.

By leveraging the platform's app, employers can train their staff in a gamified and easily accessible manner, streamlining the onboarding and training processes. This approach enhances efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that valuable training resources are readily available to all employees regardless of their physical work environment.

Despite being a relatively young company, Bounti has already made significant strides in catering to numerous organisations and has secured seed funding in 2026 to enhance its platform. As the demand for reskilling workers continues to rise in the coming years, Bounti is paving the way by developing a robust learning infrastructure to tackle these challenges head-on.
