Who you are

What the job involves
- Our Growth & Strategy Lead role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercial growth, and execution
- Youâll work closely with our General Manager on strategic priorities â while also being close to the market: building relationships with district leaders, owning territory strategy, helping shape our GTM motion, and identifying opportunities for market expansion
- Itâs a role for someone who genuinely enjoys zooming out to think strategically and zooming in to understand the customer, test ideas, and make things happen
- Youâll have the opportunity to shape how we grow in the US while staying close to the schools, districts, and educators we serve â and see the impact of your work firsthand
- This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up: develop a network across the education ecosystem, shape our approach to the market, and eventually help build and lead the team as the region grows
- Build Partnerships & Relationships:
- Develop meaningful relationships with district leaders, educators, and key stakeholders across the Atlantic
- Understand district priorities and challenges and identify opportunities for Innovamat to create value
- Represent Innovamat at conferences, events, and within the broader education ecosystem
- Grow the Atlantic Market:
- Develop and execute a thoughtful approach to building Innovamatâs presence across the region
- Identify priority districts and communities where we can have the greatest impact
- Lead partnerships from initial conversations through pilots, implementation, and long-term collaboration
- Support Strategy & Market Development:
- Work closely with the General Manager on strategic projects and market initiatives
- Bring insights from the market and our partners to help shape how Innovamat grows
- Identify opportunities to improve our approach, messaging, and go-to-market model
- Build for the Future:
- Help establish the foundations for Innovamatâs growth in the Atlantic
- As the region develops, contribute to hiring, developing, and eventually leading a local team
- Help build the playbook for expanding our partnership model into new markets
Our take
Despite its immense importance, the education space has been slow to evolve, with much of teaching still relying on knowledge-first, memory-based curricula. Innovamat sets out to change this, with a maths curriculum focused on collaboration, discussion, and investigation, delivered through the Innovamat App and its classroom management platform.
Innovamat's resources enable teachers to deliver sequenced sessions, running all the way from infant to secondary, all from one platform. The app provides self-adaptive practice and progress reports, tuned to the pace of each student, and the company also supplies complementary materials for hands-on learning. In addition, it also provides teacher training resources to ensure all staff are able to deliver the curriculum to the best of their ability.
With a presence established in Catalonia and Latin America, the company is now looking towards further geographical expansion, particularly in the US and Italy. Innovamat has raised impressive funding that will accelerate research and development, support this new expansion, and allow it to reach even more students, on top of the 210,000 already learning through its curriculum.
