- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles

- Experience in third-party risk management or rating/scoring platforms preferred
What the job involves
- ProcessUnity is the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) company
- Our software platforms and data services protect customers from cybersecurity threats, breaches, and outages that originate from their ever-growing ecosystem of business partners
- By combining the world’s largest third-party risk data exchange, the leading TPRM workflow platform, and powerful artificial intelligence, ProcessUnity extends third-party risk, procurement, and cybersecurity teams so they can cover their entire vendor portfolio
- With ProcessUnity, organizations of all sizes reduce assessment work while improving quality, securing intellectual property and customer data so business operations continue to operate uninterrupted
- ProcessUnity leads the third-party risk management market at a moment when vendor portfolios are growing larger and more complex, and data-driven decision-making has become central to how our customers run their risk programs
- Our Exchange platform is the engine behind that shift: it turns raw risk data into consumable, actionable risk profiles that customers can put to work immediately
- The Senior Product Owner joins the Exchange product team to help expand the risk data available on the platform, making it easier for customers to consume, and ensuring it's accessible through AI so customers can act on it faster and with more confidence
- This is an execution-focused role at the center of turning strategy into delivered product
- The ideal candidate is energized by complex challenges and emerging technology, and ready to channel that energy into real results
- You'll partner closely with product managers and engineering to take on high-impact problems and drive them to working solutions — owning the backlog, translating business requirements into executable stories, and using data and AI to keep delivery moving
- Partner directly with product managers to understand product vision, identify business challenges, and participate in discovery
- Drive execution of the product roadmap, translating customer needs, market direction, and business goals into delivered work
- Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria; drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and QA to bring products to market
- Produce documentation for feature releases, such as release notes, knowledge base articles, and internal enablement materials
- Align with product managers on success metrics, track usage, and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Triage bugs and drive prioritization, resolution, and status communication back to the business
- Use AI throughout the product lifecycle - research, story writing, prioritization, design, and delivery
Our take
Some of the highest-profile cybersecurity breaches - think SolarWinds, Kaseya, and Hafnium - have been achieved through attacks on third parties linked to the target. Vulnerability to this sort of assault has only increased, too, as remote working widens gaps between third-party vendors and IT due diligence teams, broadening the attack surface for potential bad actors. ProcessUnity is a company looking to fill the breach, helping businesses manage third-party cybersecurity, onboarding and data-sharing risks across their entire ecosystems.
Not only does ProcessUnity tighten up security across company ecosystems, but it also speeds up the manual processes required for partners to communicate, onboard and work together. The company builds products that clear up manual backlogs and automate complex compliance processes, meaning that its 600,000+ third-party customers are unified and secure in their collaborations and partnerships.
Recognized as a leader in the 2026 Third-Party Risk Management Report by Forrester, the company has undertaken a series of mergers and acquisitions that have strengthened its product base. It continues to launch new products, including onboarding time-reducing AI agents, indicating ProcessUnity’s ability to adapt as fast as the threats it was founded to defend against.
