Who you are
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment
- Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows
- Success in scaling a high-growth tech company
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
- Experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Commure's growth across our Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling these orgs through standardized, efficient, effective, and metrics-driven recruiting processes
- This role will focus on cultivating strong partnerships with several leaders to find, attract, and retain world-class talent
- You will help drive alignment and talent strategy, working with leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure we continue building the foundational teams that allow Commure to succeed
- Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive Talent in the Engineering, Product, and Design space
- Utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targeted recruiting strategies, while partnering with Leadership to build top talent teams
- Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies
- Work with hiring teams to design interview plans that capture the right signals to hire top talent
- Manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates to sustain long-term hiring goals
- Create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines
- Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure the accuracy of our Talent datasets

Many existing electronic health record (EHR) systems only add to the problem - digital, yes, but often too clunky, time-consuming, and disconnected from the tools doctors actually need. Athelas is tackling this by reimagining how healthcare software works, helping providers spend less time lcicking and more time caring for people.
Athelas offers a full suite of tools that combine AI-powered automation, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and integrated EHR and billing systems. And its newest platform, Athelas AIR, is a next-generation EHR designed to unify clinical and administrative workflows in one intelligent system. By embedding revenue cycle management (RCM) and ambient AI documentation directly into the platform, Athelas AIR streamlines everything from charting to billing. And the goal is simple, to reduce administrative burden, improve margins, and ultimately, give healthcare teams a smoother, smarter way to work.

After reaching unicorn status in 2022 and merging with Commure in 2023, Athelas is now valued at around $6B and continues to expand its platform. Alongside growing adoption of Athelas AIR, the company has recently secured FDA clearance for its Athelas Home device - an AI-powered diagnostic tool that delivers lab-grade blood test results from a fingerstick in minutes. This allows care teams to test, diagnose, and make decisions in a single visit.
