Senior Software Engineer, Roblox

• 5+ years of track record of leading the design and delivery of mobile features at scale
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with a real point of view on modern iOS architecture (Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI/UIKit interop, modularization)
• Experience working in very large codebases with many contributors — you know how to ship safely, instrument well, and keep build times sane
• Strong product sense. You can tell the difference between an interaction that's correct and one that feels right, and you fight for the latter
• Excellent judgment under ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping over speculating
