Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of work experience in Presales/Consulting/Technology experience with an enterprise business solutions
- 2+ years of experience working with REST API integrations, security, business processes, AI, etc
- Presenting technical concepts or products through technical demonstrations
- Familiarity of security and data protection for customers
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence
- Familiarity with Workday Products
- Bachelor’s degree (or a local equivalent experience)

- As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike
- It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed
- Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business
- Our Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest customers in the world
- We take our culture as a key foundation to the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable
- Articulate the value Workday Illuminate, Workdays AI offering with a customer’s existing solution
- Describing the technical architecture of the Workday to current and new customers
- Demonstrate REST based integration patterns
- Understanding and communicating the Security, Data Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of the Workday SaaS offering. Things like SOC2, RPO, RTO and GDP
- Create content and enable Presales and Sales around acquired solutions technical aspects

Workday is a cloud-based software vendor that provides management of workforces and finances. The company uses a single database for workforce management and financial management to offer integration and optimize business intelligence across companies. It has added to the packages and tools it offers over the years, providing analytic options that allow companies to combine third-party data with information collected by Workday.
Workday has acquired and paired up with many other companies to keep expanding its offering. In 2021, it purchased the employee feedback platform Peakon in response to the growing need for managers to be able to survey workers and collect satisfaction data without face-to-face meetings. The company has also bought and developed many financial tools and HR management tools.
The company’s goal is to provide end-to-end back office services and while there are other providers, such as UKG Pro and Ceridian HCM, Workday’s broad offering helps them to stand out. Though it faced a tough global market in 2023 and has shed some of its headcount, Workday has seen a 6.5% gain in value in the first quarter of 2024. It is now focusing on growth and developing the AI capabilities of its platform. .
