Global Account Manager, Astera Labs

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8-10 years’ experience within the tech industry with preferred semiconductor knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts
• A passion for technology and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

• As a Global Account Manager at Astera Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities focusing on a few Global Accounts within our target market
• You will leverage your strong communication skills, technical acumen, and understanding of the technology landscape to build lasting relationships with customers and exceed sales quotas
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle
• Prospecting: Identify and generate new opportunities through various channels, including, f2f meetings, email outreach, social selling, and networking
• Qualification: Assess potential customers' needs and determine their fit with our products or services
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our offerings
• Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize revenue
• Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales activities and pipeline development
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
