Company mission
To bring development superpowers to everyone.
Role
Who you are
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams
- A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time
- Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM
- Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted
- Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread
- Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
- Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions
- Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week
- Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation
- Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost
- Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM
- Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers
- Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption
- Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD
- Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
Webflow is an AI-native web experience platform that enables teams to design, build, manage, and optimize high-performing digital experiences across the entire website lifecycle — from creation to conversion — without relying on fragmented tools or constant developer handoffs.
Unlike traditional website builders or legacy CMS platforms, Webflow combines visual development, content management, optimization, analytics, localization, governance, and enterprise-grade hosting into a single, integrated system. This allows marketing, design, development, and growth teams — and increasingly AI agents — to collaborate in one shared environment while maintaining brand consistency, security, and control.
Built for a world where websites must perform for both humans and AI systems, Webflow helps organizations stay discoverable and relevant as search, personalization, and content consumption evolve. Native AI capabilities are embedded directly into core workflows, accelerating everything from site creation and content updates to experimentation, personalization, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization).
Today, over 3,000 organizations — from startups and agencies to global enterprises including Dell, Spotify, Dropbox, and Upcwork — use Webflow to build brand-forward digital experiences that drive measurable business results. With a strong partner ecosystem, enterprise adoption momentum, and more than $330M in funding, Webflow is redefining how modern teams build and scale on the web.
Rather than replacing developers, Webflow shifts development effort to where it matters most — freeing teams to move faster, operate more efficiently, and evolve their digital presence without replatforming as their needs grow.
