Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a passion for marketing (CRM and paid media), and experience working with large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Expert knowledge in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Power BI
- Expert knowledge of Statistical analysis and A/B methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
What the job involves
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Data Analyst to join our Data team
- This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend, understand campaign impact and drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze acquisition performance across multiple channels, identifying trends and opportunities to improve conversion
- Assess the conversion funnel, understanding drop-offs and optimizing user journeys from first interaction through to active engagement
- Support growth goals by providing data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and early retention
- Conduct experimentation and A/B testing, ensuring statistical robustness and deriving insights to drive product improvements
- Apply hypothesis testing methodologies to validate product changes and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and UX, to optimize acquisition and conversion strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and acquisition performance
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis) to enhance understanding of user behavior
- Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM to maximise LTVs
