Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions
- Experience working in a fast paced environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall’s strategy and ensure user satisfaction
- Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Own the outcome of your job and keep an eye on metrics
- Transform technically complex products into easy-to-use tools for everyday use
- Work on complex user journeys considering diverse profiles including team managers, agents, sales representatives, and their clients, supporting the business of SMBs

Our take
Call centres have been a mainstay of sales teams for decades, with the human touch delivering an impression conversion rate of about 30% for inbound calls. However analogue call centres are physical infrastructure-heavy and unable to take advantage of the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid ways of work. Aircall exists to change that, providing a cloud-based call centre infrastructure that allows sales teams to work from their home offices.
Aircall isn't the only company in this space, and it faces heavy competition from Cloudtalk, another cloud-based call centre solution. However Aircall stands out in the market by its use of open APIs and webhooks, making integration with existing productivity and helpdesk tools much easier, and its superior call quality. Aircall has developed a significant customer base with these strengths, with over 20,000 companies using its platform.
