Role
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or similar, at a top-tier university
- Prior internship experience in Gaming, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Tech/Business field
- Excellent proficiency using Office 365 Software, particularly Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simoultaneously
- Possess strong analytical and research skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Fluency in English is an absolute requirement, with proficiency in French considered a significant advantage
- Enrolled in a school that provides Internship Agreement and available for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris
What the job involves
- You will be working alongside and reporting to our Chief of Staff in driving key initiatives that impact the growth and success of Homa
- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic projects within different departments and interact with senior leadership, including our CEO and other C-level executives
- You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions within the gaming industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work on strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analyses on gaming/mobile gaming that will be leveraged for executive decision-making
- Operational Improvement Initiatives: Lead the development and coordination of operational projects, ensuring direct, measurable impact on a dense business
- Strategy & Operations: Collaborate with executives and teams to implement operational improvements and support strategic roll-outs, aligning with company objectives
- Communication & Reporting: Build strategic materials, collaborate with teams for reporting, and represent executives in internal and external key communications

Homa Games builds tools for developers to build successful mobile games, including publishing and monetising their products.

The company helps developers build faster, with testing tools; create more popular games through market intelligence; and remove financial risk by offering smart in-app advertisements and distribution management.
Since 2018, Homa Games has attracted one billion downloads for its published games. The company has raised an impressive level of funding that will be used to improve its tech stack and expand into web3 and NFTs, and it has acquired and partnered with other technologies towards this next goal.
