Who you are
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- You have experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role
- You have excellent organizational and management skills, with an ability to think proactively and prioritize tasks

- You have an excellent command of English
- It is a plus: fluency in German
What the job involves
- We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Berlin team
- This person plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our workplace
- This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, supporting staff and leadership, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment
- This role is onsite and you will be working from our coworking space
- Full Node is the space for blockchain and web 3.0 initiatives to work and collaborate
- As Europe’s largest co-working space for web 3.0 technology, Full Node features private offices, fixed desks, and an open area which hosts regular, vibrant meetups from projects at the forefront of the space
- Gnosis opened Full Node in early 2018 to create a space for development and collaboration as we build the future together
- Home to over 20 companies, you’ll find a center of decentralized technology in Berlin
- Support/make travel arrangements
- Manage teams' budgets and company expenses
- Support Finance team with expenses
- Organize internal events/meetings
- Manage office orders/requests/subscriptions
- Assist the teams with office-related requests
- Manage the company's equipment/swag inventory
- Manage the company's annual calendar
- Support and backup the Front Desk team
- Assist C-level executives with reports
- Manage the mail
Our take
Gnosis is a leader in decentralised technology, providing infrastructure and tools for an open internet. Since launching in 2015, it has evolved from a predication market platform to a key web3 player. Its products, like Safe (a multisig wallet) and CoW Protocol (MEV-protected trading), are that the forefront of decentralised finances, while Gnosis Chain offers low-cost, secure blockchain infrastructure.

This partnership with Visa marks a major step for the company, merging traditional finance with blockchain tech. This collaboration makes crypto payments more accessible and could very well help expand Gnosis' global reach, positioning the company for even more growth and innovation in the future.
