Who you are
- Experience building machine learning products, from problem definition to production
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Strong experience in NLP is preferred, from fundamentals to LLM fine-tuning
- Ability to drive a project and work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with distributed computing (Ray, Spark, etc) is preferred

- Passion for continuous learning
- A passion for pets is a plus!
What the job involves
- Own machine learning projects and collaborate with veterinaries, data engineers and software engineers to build the best end to end solution (e.g. build a smart invoicing solution based on clinical notes, low latency transcription and summarisation product, etc)
- Partner with the CTO and the AI team in building the roadmap
- Collaborate with sales team to launch new features
