Role
Who you are
- A strong academic background in Business, Economics, Science, or a related field
- Previous internship or work experience with a top-tier consulting firm, fast-growing startup, incubator, or VC
- Experience with a fast-paced environment, particularly within a startup or entrepreneurial setting
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a team, holding individuals accountable, and successfully delivering end-to-end projects
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for taking ownership and driving impact
- Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and make strategic decisions based on data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Native German speaker with high proficiency in English
Desirable
- Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including Excel (data modelling) and familiarity with tools like SQL or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, to support data-driven decision-making
- Prior exposure to the B2B or B2B2C food industry
- Skilled in creating impactful presentations in PowerPoint
What the job involves
- Lead and execute Feedr’s growth strategy in Germany, identifying key opportunities to scale operations and grow topline
- Manage our existing team, ensuring they are supported and aligned with Feedr’s goals, while also recruiting and inspiring new talent to deliver exceptional results. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration as the team grows
- Establish relationships with key corporate clients, vendors, and local partners to drive brand presence within the market, and drive business success
- Develop initiatives to increase Feedr's market presence, drive adoption among corporate clients, and adapt our service to meet the unique needs of the German market
- Test new ideas to solve challenges, enhance service offerings, and remain competitive in the workplace food industry
- Work closely with Feedr’s teams across the UK, Netherlands and beyond to share insights, best practices and strategic alignment

Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. The restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is looking to expand the service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. Its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
