Digital Marketing Manager, insightsoftware

• 5-7 years' experience as a digital marketing professional managing enterprise-level paid media campaigns in B2B marketing, particularly for software/technology businesses
• Extensive experience in digital strategy and execution across paid and organic channels, with a focus on Google and LinkedIn, including social media, SEO, paid search, PPL, display, and programmatic
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ABM platforms
• Proficient in campaign analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Confidence and experience collaborating with senior leadership in product, sales, and marketing to align digital strategies with business goals

• Analyze digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
• Be responsible for achieving specific digital MQL and pipeline goals aligned with broader marketing and company objectives
• Oversee website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
• Be responsible for driving digital results for the BU, Marketing team, and organization based on established MQL, pipeline, and booking goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Research and evaluate channel expansion opportunities
• Oversee the overarching A/B testing strategy for the Business Unit
