Role
Who you are
- Experience: 2-4 years in graphic and motion design for a consumer brand or agency
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere), and familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of digital design standard methodologies across various channels
- Leadership: Ability to independently lead design concepts and deliver quality work with quick turnaround times
- Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and applying feedback
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred
- AI Experience: Familiarity or experience with AI tools in design is a plus

- Own and evolve KAYAK's visual identity in the LATAM market, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Develop innovative design concepts for diverse marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility and engagement
- Create compelling assets, including graphics for landing pages, social media, paid advertisements, newsletters, and videos
- Source authentic and exciting imagery that reflects our brand’s values across various platforms
- Collaborate on marketing brainstorms focused on growing our brand presence across the LATAM region
- Edit and produce high-quality videos and animated assets using templates and original content
- Revise, format, and resize assets to ensure optimal performance across multiple platforms
- Use design software to create captivating light animations that elevate asset performance
