Who you are

Have professional experience with Typescript, Node, and AWS
You have 5+ years of experience, exposure to owning and elaborating work, system design, and working with large datasets
You show great communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and continuous integration

What the job involves

Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions for our SaaS product
Lead on the architecting and implementation of key features, taking into account the latest trends and best practices
Balanced focus on both frontend (React/NextJS, Typescript) and backend (Typescript, Express/Lambda, AWS) development, with the flexibility to specialize and deepen expertise in either area over time
Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to define and deliver features
Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical guidance and support
Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
Stay curious about the latest technologies and practices
Deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
Flexible working, while we have an office in London we do support remote working with monthly London visits

KEY ESG is a B2B SaaS platform whose purpose is to enable companies and investment funds to collect, measure and report their ESG data. KEY ESG’s SaaS platform has been built with a focus on the business user and is intended to be intuitive, tailored, easy to use and continuously updated through a cloud-based system.

ESG data collection is no longer a “nice-to-have” for most businesses. Companies and investors are increasingly required to share transparent and actionably sustainability data for various regulators and other stakeholders. This is often a significant challenge for companies.
