Role
Who you are
- Have professional experience with Typescript, Node, and AWS
- You have 5+ years of experience, exposure to owning and elaborating work, system design, and working with large datasets
- You show great communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and continuous integration
What the job involves
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions for our SaaS product
- Lead on the architecting and implementation of key features, taking into account the latest trends and best practices
- Balanced focus on both frontend (React/NextJS, Typescript) and backend (Typescript, Express/Lambda, AWS) development, with the flexibility to specialize and deepen expertise in either area over time
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to define and deliver features
- Mentor and guide engineers, providing technical guidance and support
- Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
- Stay curious about the latest technologies and practices
- Deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
- Flexible working, while we have an office in London we do support remote working with monthly London visits
