• Simpplr is looking for a talented cross-functional Content Writer to join our Product Team. As the Content Writer, you will create compelling content for a wide variety of platforms, including our customer-facing knowledge base, in-app messaging, onboarding materials, release notes, and success stories. Day to day, you will manage multiple projects at a time while collaborating closely with our Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
• A successful candidate is detail-oriented, committed to meeting tight deadlines, and passionate about crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly experiences. We are looking for a natural storyteller with a high level of creativity, who also has the ability to deeply understand our product and our customers' needs
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers within the Product team to create engaging and effective user-centered content
• Develop and create content for various platforms, including but not limited to, in-app messaging, onboarding materials, release notes, success stories, and customer-facing knowledge base articles
• Organize and write supporting documentation for product features and releases
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and translate those insights into compelling and informative content
• Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and easy to understand across all platforms and media
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for user experience (UX) writing and content strategy
• Adhere to Simpplr's brand guidelines and style standards
