What the job involves
- Suno is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
- You will be the critical link between our talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office operations, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our company's efficiency and workplace culture
- Recruiting Coordination and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews
- Prepare interview materials and communication
- Coordinate candidate travel and logistics
- Maintain applicant tracking systems
- Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment coordination
- Help create a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and facilitate orientation
- Office Administration and Team Support:
- Onsite contact for deliveries and vendors
- Host guests and candidates
- Manage security system for our suite
- Manage wifi network/AV and device procurement
- Manage cleaning services and maintenance requests
- Keep kitchen stocked and office organized
- Manage merch stock and distribution
- Coordinate weekly team lunches
- Plan and host team dinners and special events
- Onboarding and I-9 execution
- Handbook and travel policy development
- Build and manage relationships with local hotels for corporate rates
- Manage physical mail and packages
