Manager of Product Design, Limble CMMS

• This role requires deep expertise in mobile design, design systems, WCAG accessibility, and UX for AI-driven products while also excelling in cross-functional planning and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven expertise in mobile design, design systems, and UX for AI-driven products
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and ability to integrate inclusive design practices
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, specifically with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• A track record of successfully implementing and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex scenarios into intuitive designs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
