Who you are

- 6+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses with specific experience in product led growth and/or growth marketing

- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with SQL and databases
- Experimentation expertise: ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to generate learnings and drive impact

What the job involves
- The Lead Product Manager for the UK team will take ownership of the product strategy and execution for the UK market
- This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, contributing directly to the UK business’s growth in a lean, startup-like environment
- The Lead Product Manager will focus on customer insights, data-driven decision-making, and cross-team collaboration to deliver meaningful product outcomes
- Develop and manage the UK product roadmap in partnership with the General Manager and other key stakeholders
- Advocate for the UK customer by integrating insights and feedback into product development
- Balance excellent user experience with ambitious business goals to drive growth
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features and improvements aligned with roadmap priorities
- Lead feature experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product performance
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points
- Analyze data to inform product decisions, prioritization, and feature enhancements
- Work closely with the broader UK team, contributing beyond product responsibilities as needed due to the lean nature of the team
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to align efforts, share insights and represent the UK team in the wider organization
- Leverage quantitative skills to analyze metrics, track KPIs, and measure product success
