Principal Agent Strategist, Assort Health

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Implementation, or Enterprise Strategy
• Experience owning large, high-value accounts across adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion
• Strong executive communication, commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complex organizations
• Experience leading programs across multiple teams, workstreams, and senior stakeholders
• Strong product aptitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• The ability to influence without authority, mentor others, and improve how a team operates
• Sound judgment, clear prioritization, and comfort making decisions with limited information

• You’ll work directly with C-suite and operating leaders, own complex relationships from launch through expansion, and help customers turn ambitious goals into measurable results. You’ll coordinate teams across Assort, navigate high-stakes decisions, and ensure each partnership delivers lasting value
• This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful influence across the company. You’ll help shape our product, mentor other Agent Strategists, and define how the function scales
• Own Assort’s largest and most complex accounts across the full customer journey
• Define outcomes, success measures, risks, growth opportunities, and plans for delivering ROI
• Build trust with C-suite stakeholders and guide decisions about AI, operations, and growth
• Coordinate governance, decisions, timelines, and workstreams across Assort and the customer
• Protect retention, lead renewals, and identify meaningful expansion opportunities
• Bring customer insights into product, implementation, and business decisions
• Mentor other Agent Strategists and improve the playbooks used across the function
• Travel up to 25% for executive meetings, presentations, and customer work
