Sales Development Representative, Octopus Money

• 2+ years experience as an SDR or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• As a SDR you will be working closely with our Account Executives and Sales Manager to plan and execute outreach campaigns to get in front of the most exciting, mid-market businesses in the UK.
• Research, plan and execute multi-threaded outreach campaigns to companies in the financial services, professional services, technology, legal and media sectors
• Develop and implement highly tailored and creative methods of reaching our prospects
• Use a variety of communication methods to reach prospects like video, email, LinkedIn, direct mail and crucially, telephone
• Collaborate with the Account Executives and Marketing teams to plan tailored events for our prospective clients
• Maintain support for AEs post-discovery by networking, multi-threading and doing what it takes to qualify opportunities
• Help formulate our strategy to grow our customer base of mid-market businesses
• Generate opportunities with our ICP target accounts
• Attend networking events and build relationships with prospective clients
• Record all activity accurately on CRM and take pride in pipeline hygiene
• Establish a network within the HR and benefits space
• Support the Sales Manager with maintaining partner relationships and ensure a steady flow of opportunities
• This role will allow you to be creative and collaborate with the marketing team to multi-thread and create awareness within our target accounts
