Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will thrive with a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from writing SQL to advising customers during their sales process to debugging issues affecting data integrations
- Technical expertise in SQL, with Python, BigQuery and other data engineering technologies a major plus
- Ability to translate customer needs into successful proofs-of-concept and implementations
- Experience with technical implementation processes
- Understanding of complex data integrations, with CRM and ERP experience a major plus
- 2+ Years of Work Experience
What the job involves
- QuotaPath seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer who is technically knowledgeable about data pipelines, databases, third-party integrations and complex implementations. This role will ensure that customers’ data needs are met throughout their journey
- You will be key to the formation of strategic partnerships with customers as well as integration partners
- As customers’ data needs become more sophisticated in the years to come, the data team will grow in its importance and scope. Over time, there may be an opportunity to specialize in implementations, data pipelines or customer collaboration
- Working with prospects and our account executives to understand customer data needs during the sales cycle
- Partnering with customers and our customer experience team to scope and implement complex data integrations
- Collaborating with our product engineers to build, maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines

QuotaPath provides a sales commission tracking and management platform, allowing businesses to design custom commission plans that are automatically paid according to payout schedules. The platform integrates directly with CRM platforms to ensure every sale is automatically recognized, with every data point being aggregated into a record system to ensure the business is maintaining ASC 606 compliance.
Whilst other startups have designed CRM platforms that include sales commission tools, QuotaPath has recognized that a dedicated commission payment and management platform will help to maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Through this approach, the company claims that it can help clients boost its sales team's work ethic and motivation to succeed, keeping productivity levels high and thus boosting business revenue.
