Company mission
To deliver world-class, social content that captivates audiences, whilst staying native to social platforms.
Role
Who you are
- If you understand what makes content perform, love getting stuck into analytics and know how to turn audiences into engaged communities, we'd love to hear from you
- This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands social media, knows how platforms work and can confidently manage channels with audiences in the millions
- We're looking for someone who can take real ownership, make decisions independently and bring fresh thinking to the table without needing constant direction
- If you're someone who sees a video with 20 million views and immediately wants to understand why it worked, what made people share it and how we could make something even better, this could be the role for you
- Is genuinely passionate about social media, internet culture and the creator economy
- Understands how YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook actually work, beyond simply using them
- Has a proven ability to manage and grow social channels independently
- Is highly organised and confident managing multiple platforms, content calendars and deadlines
- Is naturally analytical and enjoys understanding the data behind content performance
- Can turn complicated platform insights into simple, practical recommendations
- Has a strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and share
- Understands the importance of community management and building loyal audiences
- Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable making decisions without constant supervision
- Has excellent attention to detail, particularly when publishing content to large audiences
- Is confident collaborating with creative and production teams
- Can balance creativity with a data-led approach to performance
- Is constantly looking for ways to improve processes, content and audience growth
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Takes real ownership of their work and is accountable for results
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines strong platform knowledge, analytical thinking, community management experience and the independence to take full ownership of our social channels
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Channel Manager, Social Strategist or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing established social media accounts
- Strong working knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Experience managing both short-form and long-form video content
- Excellent understanding of platform analytics, audience insights and performance metrics
- Experience using tools such as YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms
- Strong understanding of content optimisation, including titles, thumbnails, hooks, captions and publishing strategies
- Proven experience managing online communities, audience engagement and brand interactions
- Experience developing and managing content calendars and publishing schedules
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
- Experience working with creative, production or editing teams
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with high-profile creators, large social audiences, digital publishers or social-first content businesses would be particularly valuable
- We care more about the channels you've managed, the growth you've delivered and the impact you've made than simply the number of years you've spent in the industry
What the job involves
- We're looking for an experienced, digitally obsessed Social Media Manager to take ownership of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels
- StudioB is a fast-growing creative studio with a global audience of over 25 million followers and more than 15 billion views
- We create high-impact digital content for some of the world's biggest brands, blending social-first storytelling, world-class creative, production craft and VFX to make work that performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond
- We're looking for an experienced, highly independent Social Media Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and growth of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels
- You'll be responsible for everything from content planning, scheduling and publishing to community management, performance analysis and identifying opportunities for growth
- But this isn't just about posting content. We want someone who understands why content works, can spot opportunities before everyone else does and knows how to turn insights into actions that improve performance
- You'll work closely with our creative, production and editing teams to ensure the content we're creating is packaged, published and optimised to perform at its best
- Social Channel Management & Publishing:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging publishing schedule
- Schedule, publish and optimise content across all channels
- Ensure content is correctly formatted, packaged and tailored to each platform
- Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions and supporting copy that reflect the voice of each brand
- Optimise thumbnails, hashtags, metadata and other publishing elements to maximise discoverability and performance
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all channels
- Identify opportunities to repurpose and redistribute existing content to reach new audiences
- Social Strategy & Audience Growth:
- Develop and implement social strategies that support the continued growth of BrandonB and StudioB's channels
- Understand our audiences, what they engage with and what keeps them coming back
- Identify opportunities to grow followers, views, engagement and community interaction
- Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging trends, creators and cultural moments
- Recommend new content formats, publishing approaches and growth opportunities
- Work with creative and production teams to shape content ideas using audience and platform insights
- Understand the differences between short-form and long-form content and how to maximise performance across both
- Experiment with posting times, formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails and content packaging
- Bring a proactive, commercially aware approach to channel growth and performance
- Analytics, Insights & Performance:
- Take ownership of tracking, analysing and reporting on channel performance
- Use platform analytics to understand what's working, what isn't and where we can improve
- Monitor key metrics including views, watch time, retention, CTR, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth
- Identify patterns in audience behaviour and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Understand how algorithms and platform distribution influence content performance
- Work closely with Editors, Producers and Creatives to share insights that improve future content
- Build regular performance reports that highlight key learnings, opportunities and recommendations
- Track content experiments and use the results to inform future publishing and creative decisions
- Help establish a consistent approach to measuring social performance and success
- We don't want someone who simply produces reports. We want someone who can explain why something happened and what we should do differently next time
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Take ownership of community management across BrandonB and StudioB's social channels
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and audience interactions in the appropriate brand voice
- Build positive relationships with our audiences and encourage meaningful engagement
- Identify recurring audience questions, feedback and content requests
- Spot opportunities to turn community conversations into new content ideas
- Monitor audience sentiment and identify any potential reputational issues that need escalating
- Help develop community engagement approaches that strengthen audience loyalty and connection
- Ensure both BrandonB and StudioB maintain an authentic, consistent and engaging presence across platforms
- Creative Collaboration & Content Development:
- Work closely with Producers, Editors and Creatives to ensure content is developed with platform performance in mind

- Contribute ideas for new content series, recurring formats and audience engagement opportunities
- Challenge assumptions and bring a clear point of view on what will work for our audiences
- Help create a continuous feedback loop between content performance and future creative development
- What Success Looks Like:
- First 30 Days:
- Develop a strong understanding of BrandonB and StudioB's audiences, content, channels and brand identities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day publishing schedules and channel management
- Build strong relationships with the creative, production and editing teams
- Review existing channel performance and identify immediate opportunities for improvement
- Establish clear reporting and performance tracking across all key platforms
- Understand existing community engagement and audience interaction patterns
- First 60 Days:
- Independently manage content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement
- Develop clear recommendations for improving channel performance and audience growth

- Longer Term:
- Take full ownership of the ongoing management and growth of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels
- Deliver measurable improvements in audience growth, engagement and content performance
- Build engaged communities that actively interact with and share our content
- Establish clear, effective processes for publishing, analytics and community management
- Become a trusted voice within StudioB on platform performance, audience behaviour and social trends

- Play a key role in growing our global audience beyond 25 million followers
- You'll have the opportunity to work directly with content that reaches millions of people around the world, alongside talented Creatives, Producers, Editors and VFX artists
- This isn't a role where your insights disappear into a report. You'll have a genuine opportunity to influence what we create, how we publish it and how we continue to grow

Our take
Founded by hit YouTuber Brandon Baum, StudioB is a creative studio making content for a wealth of leading companies. Its in-house production team consists of VFX specialists, producers and editors, all working to create social shorts, high-end branded content and viral-ready ads.
StudioB stands out from the crowd through its embracing of tech such as AI. It utilises this to streamline the creation process, using AI as a tool rather than a replacement for its creatives. This approach must be working, as the studio has worked with huge clients such as Disney, Cadbury’s and Netflix.
In 2025, StudioB made headlines with its AI dating show, in which contestants must work out which blind date is a bot and which is human. This just goes to show the creative studio’s curiosity and playfulness concerning AI’s role within entertainment. It will no doubt continue making thought-provoking and striking ads, keeping in step with tech innovations as it does so.
