Backend / Fullstack Developer, Devyce

• 6+ years programming experience / 4+ years with loads of relevant experience with backend languages such as C# (we'll tailor the role and salary to meet your experience, so more experience is great but there's unlikely to be significant management responsibilities for a while). Willingness to do small frontend (React) features
• Designed and worked on large systems with lots of moving parts and uptime requirements
• Worked in a similar fast-paced environment (startups, big tech, hedge funds, fintech)
• You must be excited to solve problems for our customers!

Desirable

• You'll be expected to be largely self-sufficient while the team is small. You'll need to take the initiative, make smaller decisions and propose a course of action rather than expecting work to be fed to you
• You'll be contributing to big design choices that affect the entire system
• In return, we'll support you in making those decisions. We're small enough to be open-minded about tech
• We use C#, .Net 6/7/8, and aim to be modern in our choices. Our frontends are React/Next/Swift/Kotlin based
• We care most about UX and core product reliability, although we've not always been able to meet that goal (especially around UX), while looking to ship non-core features more quickly
• We are doing some genuinely fun stuff around AI, as well as potentially around the nitty-gritty of VoIP
