- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Proven verbal and written communication abilities, effective phone skills, and exquisite listening skills

- Previous experience with retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel industries is a big plus!

So, you will be lucky to have a category leader product, fuelled by lightning-fast growth and our all-star engineers, and just as our co-founder/CRO promises, “If you stay humble and hungry, you’ll build a legacy here.”

- We create value by sharing thoughtful insights for our partners and potential partners. You will effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. You also need to ensure that they get the most out of the deals we offer, such as free trials
- You will be the guru of your own market and provide insight to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings. You will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- You will present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
- You will get supported by Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement functions
- To have consistent success, you will do accurate forecasting and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times. We believe sales is a balancing act!
Our take
Many marketing companies claim to provide multichannel digital marketing tools: but in many cases client data remains siloed, so these multichannel efforts do not actually maximise ROI. Insider is out to change this by using AI to connect data across channels and systems, improving the customer engagement experience for its clients and their customers.
Unlike larger competitors in this space, such as Salesforce, Insider's AI-based technology is able to integrate data from a wide range of marketing channels both online and offline. This allows its clients to better coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels and make more accurate predictions about customer behaviour.
Insider counts many leading brands among its clients, including L'Oreal, Virgin, Santander, Singapore Airlines, Samsung and IKEA. It has also enjoyed substantial funding rounds and earned Unicorn status. More recently, the company acquired Bluecore, an AI-driven retail marketing solution, as it doubles down on AI in the run up to a planned IPO.
