Software Development Manager, GoDaddy

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery

• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence
