Desirable

• Design and build scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure for our critical systems, with automation at the center and uptime and reliability as the goal
• Partner with developers on architecture decisions to improve the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of our servers and applications
• Keep us secure by default: tackle vulnerabilities early and raise our cybersecurity readiness
• Be the last line of support for services our customers depend on 24/7. You'll troubleshoot on-call incidents, join a weekly on-call rotation, and lead Root Cause Analysis so the same problem doesn't come back
• Build the tools and automation other engineers use every day, and mentor DevOps engineers and teams across the company
• Help us bring AI into our DevOps and SRE workflows. We're redesigning how every role works with AI, and this one is no exception
• On-call: Weekly on-call rotation
