Manual QA Tester, PerformYard

• 1–2 years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably on web applications
• Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical testing mindset
• Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking tools
• Basic understanding of how browsers, APIs, and client-server applications work
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially in documenting test results and bugs

• As a key member, the Manual QA Tester will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to test new features, identify bugs, and help ensure a smooth experience across our platform
• You’ll play a key role in validating product changes before they reach customers
• This role offers growth opportunities as our QA team expands
• Execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing
• Review product requirements and acceptance criteria to identify test needs
• Perform exploratory testing to catch edge cases and usability issues
• Report bugs clearly in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and screenshots
• Collaborate with the development and QA team during sprints
• Help maintain and organize test documentation and checklists
• Provide feedback to improve testing workflows and coverage
