Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B marketing, SEO, and a proven track record in the wealth management or fintech industry

- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing- or business-related field
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
- Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
- Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials
- Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals
- Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular CMS, marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce.com
- Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced organization, build internal and external relationships to gain and share information and insight
- Good organizational skills and strong presentation skills
- Results oriented, self motivated with proven ability to meet objective & targets in fast growing organizations
What the job involves
- Wealth.com is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director of Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of impactful demand-generation strategies
- In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the overall strategy for performance marketing initiatives across both digital and non-digital channels, driving marketing-led growth, and designing programs to fill the sales pipeline
- Key success metrics include lead volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue growth
- Develop and execute demand generation channels and programs (e.g., Google PPC, LinkedIn, Trade Publications, webinars etc.) to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
- Own pipeline creation and conversion and develop an intimate understanding of the customer journey to drive impact across the funnel
- Work with the content marketing, product and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
- Ensure brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Track, measure, and communicate campaign/channel/program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts
- Work with our Analytics team to create marketing dashboards displaying key metrics around campaign and channel performance
- Collaborate closely with sales, success and product teams and implement an effective feedback loop to optimize lead generation, improve pipeline acceleration, and maximize sales
